Onventis and Ecomare
Onventis is always looking for opportunities to support the planet and for many years, we are recognized as climate-neutral. Part of our business is that we support our customers streamlining their processes and go paperless with our S2P-solutions.
Giving back is in our DNA, which is why we proudly support our customer, Ecomare, part of the Stichting Texels Museum. Two years ago, we adopted the Onventis seal, and this year, we took our commitment further by volunteering at Ecomare’s seal shelter.
Watch our vlog: a visit to Ecomare
Ecomare relies on Onventis for seamless automated invoice processing. This fall, three of our colleagues had the rewarding opportunity to volunteer at Ecomare’s wildlife shelter. During our visit, we also caught up with their finance manager, Björn Witkamp, to hear firsthand how Onventis solutions are making a difference for their organization

About Ecomare and stichting texels museum
Ecomare is the centre for the Wadden Sea and North Sea on the North Holland island of Texel. It combines care for seals and birds with a nature museum and sea aquarium.
Four museums on Texel, Ecomare, Museum Kaap Skil, Lighthouse Texel and the Oudheidkamer, work together under the administrative umbrella of the Stichting Texels Museum. The foundation is named after the Texels Museum, which became famous in the middle of the last century thanks to the efforts of Mr and Mrs de Haan. In addition to the nature museum in the Dennen, the Maritime and Beachcombing Museum in Oudeschild and the Oudheidkamer in Den Burg were also established under the leadership of Gerrit de Haan.
